I, Philip Barrington Wood, of Barringtons, Richmond House, 570-572 Etruria Road, Basford, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 0SU, hereby give notice that I was appointed Liquidator of the above-named Company on 24th August 1990. I confirm that it is my intention to declare a dividend to Creditors and therefore any Creditors who have not, to date, submitted details of their claims must submit their proofs of debt to me by 28th February 2001.
