FH LLOYD 1971 WORKS PENSION SCHEME
THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the FH Lloyd 1971 Works Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) is to be wound up. The Trustee of the Scheme is most anxious to trace former employees (whether full-time of part-time) of: FH Lloyd Holding Limited, FH Lloyd & Co Limited, Lloyds Darlington Limited, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Co (Walsall) Limited, EMCO Limited, EC & J Keay Limited, Midland Research Limited, Parker Foundry Limited, Brown Lenox & Co Limited, Brown Lenox & Co (London) Limited, John Bagnell & Sons Limited, Lloyds (Brierly Hill) Limited, M&W Grazebrook Limited, Spanner Boilers Limited, Taylor & Hubbard Limited, The Welin Davit & Engineering Company Limited, Edinburgh And Lloyds (Old Park) Limited, Wright Hingley Limited, Ring Springs Limited, WG Electrical Welding & Engineering Co Limited, The Grazebrook Foundry Limited, Lloyd Cooper Limited, Salop Design & Engineering Limited, Lloyd Coley Limited, and their dependants who are, or think they may be, entitled to benefits under the Scheme. Any such person is asked to provide written particulars of any such claim, entitlement or interest to the Trustee, FH Lloyd 1971 Works Pension Scheme, c/o Bacon & Woodrow, 40 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4QP, prior to 15th March 2001. After this date, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme, having regard only to claims, entitlements and interests notified to them in writing prior to 15th March 2001. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person whose claim or demand has not been received by it. Notification is not required from anyone who is currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who has received correspondence relating to the Scheme from the Trustee.
