Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Pelican House, 10 Currer Street, Bradford BD1 5BA, on Friday, 16th March 2001, at 10.30 a.m. for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. K. F.
