Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30th January 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 12th February 2001, Fiona Jane Evans, as a person having parental responsibility, on behalf of HENRY GEORGE EVANS, of 9 Rufus Close, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 0QU, a child, single and a British citizen, pursuant to section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Rogerson and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Evans.
