Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidators of the above-named Company intend paying a First and Final Dividend to Creditors. It is the intention to declare the Final Dividend within a period of 4 months from the last date for proving claims as specified by this notice. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 22nd March 2001, to submit their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidator of the Company at PO Box 55, 1 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2NT, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First Dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved.
