EDBRO PENSION SCHEME
SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Re the Trusts of the Edbro Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) which became known by this
name following the merger (effected by a transfer agreement dated 24th September 1998)
of the Edbro PLC Staff Retirement Benefits Plan with the Edbro PLC Works Retirement
Benefits Plan.
Notice is hereby given by the Trustees of the above Scheme that any person having
a claim against, or an interest in, the Scheme which is subject to the above-mentioned
Trusts is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest
to The Trustees of the Edbro Pension Schene, c/o David Alexander Menon, Edbro Plc,
Nelson Street, Bolton BL3 2JJ, on or before 11th May 2001, after which date the said
Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Trust amongst the persons entitled
thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which the said Trustees
shall then have had notice and the said Trustees will not, as respects the assets
of the Trust or any part thereof so distributed, be liable to any person of whose
claim or interest they shall not then have had notice. Any person who has already
made a claim and received response need not re-apply to the Trustees.
