NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Scheme intend to transfer all of the assets and liabilities of the Scheme to the Johnson & Johnson UK Group Retirement Plan and any person having any interest in the above-named Occupational Pension Scheme who objects to the merger is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her objection to the undersigned on behalf of the Trustees of the Plan by 31st March 2001, after which date the Trustees will proceed with the merger having regard only to the objections of which they have notice.
