Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Tack Industries Limited Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by GAT Investments Limited (formerly known as GAT Industries Ltd. and before that Tack Industries Limited) or associated Companies NuAire Limited, Personnel Hygiene Services Limited, South Western Printers Limited and Tack Training International. If you were an employee of the aforementioned Companies and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme which have not already been notified to you, please contact Philippa Rolfe, at William M. Mercer Limited, “Kingsgate”, 1 King Edward Road, Brentwood, Essex CM14 4HL, within three months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme, having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within three months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
