Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors in the above matter within a period of 4 months from 9th April 2001, the last date of proving. Any Creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt must do so by 9th April 2001 or be excluded from this dividend.
