Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 20 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4PP, on 27th April 2001, at 10 a.m. and 10.10 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator.
