Notice of Intended Dividends

(formerly Willaire Electronics Plc) A First and Final Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter. All Creditors who have not already done so are invited to prove their debts at BDO Stoy Hayward, Kings Wharf, 20-30 Kings Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 3EX. Any Creditor who does not prove and submit their claim by 9th April 2001, will be excluded from this dividend which is to be declared within 4 months from the last date of proving.
