Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 13th March 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 13th March 2001, JULIE MARIE SHERWOOD, of 26 Ludford Close, Croydon, Surrey, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Corlett and assumed the surname of Sherwood. 13th March 2001.
