Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 8th February 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20th February 2001, ANTHONY LESLIE JOSEPH HURST, of 32 Ewell Court Avenue, Epsom, Surrey KT19 0DZ, single and a British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Briffa and assumed the surname of Hurst. Anthony Leslie Joseph Hurst, formerly Anthony Leslie Joseph Briffa 8th February 2001.
