THE WILSON MIDGLEY & CO LTD RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME NO. 1 (FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE THOMAS WILSON (KEIGHLEY) LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME AND THE RATCLIFFE & MAGSON LTD RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME) (“THE SCHEME”)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Scheme are winding-up the Scheme. This notice is for any former employees of Wilson, Midgley & Co Ltd., or Thomas Wilson (Keighley) Limited, or Ratcliffe & Magson Ltd, who believe that they were or should have been Members of the Scheme. This notice does not apply to Members who are in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who have received announcements from the Trustees of the Scheme. Any former employees who are not receiving a pension from the Scheme or who have not received announcements from the Trustees of the Scheme are required to write to The Trustees of the Wilson Midgley Retirement Benefits Scheme No. 1 at Wilson Midgley & Co Ltd., Lower Bridge Mills, Keighley, West Yorkshire BD21 5AW, before 30th June 2001, to make a claim for benefits under the Scheme. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, the period during which they worked for either Wilson, Midgley & Co Ltd, or Thomas Wilson (Keighley) Limited, or Ratcliffe & Magson Ltd, and any documents supporting their claim. In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or interest in the Scheme, they are requested to write to The Trustees at the above address setting out particulars of such a claim in writing before 30th June 2001. After 30th June 2001, the Trustees may distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not have notice.
