FRANK GROOME (NOTTINGHAM) LTD PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Frank Groome (Nottingham) Ltd Pension and Life Assurance Scheme was established with effect from 2nd April 1985. The Compay is in Liquidation. Cranfield Pension Trustees Limited, a Professonal Trustee Company, is the Independent Trustee under the terms of section 119(2) of the Pension Scheme Act 1993, and is proceeding with the winding-up of the Scheme. Announcements regarding the above have been sent by post to all known Members of the scheme. Accordingly, it is of vital importance that any person having a claim against or an interest in the scheme, including any person who may have been employed by the Company or an associated employer on a part time basis and who considers that their exclusion from the scheme may have constituted indirect discrimination, who has not received a copy of the Announcement should make themselves known to the Trustes of the Scheme. Particulars of any claim should be sent in writing to the under-mentioned contact on or before 3rd July 2001, after which date Cranfield Pension Trustees Limited, will proceed within the winding-up of the scheme and distribution of the scheme assets having regard only to the claim and interests of which it has had notice.
