Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 12th April 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 12th April 2001, BARRY MALIK, of 13 Flack Court, Beaumont Road, London E.10, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Zubair Malik and assumed the name of Barry Malik.
