CITIZEN MANUFACTURING (UK) PERSONAL RETIREMENT FUND

Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were Members of the Citizen Manufacturing (UK) Personal Retirement Fund (‘‘the Scheme’’) that it is to be wound up. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme. If you were a Member of this Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership of the Scheme to Sara Jeffrey-Gray, Burges Salmon Pension Trustees Limited (Ref: SJ03), Narrow Quay House, Narrow Quay, Bristol BS1 4AH, so as to reach that address on or before 31st July 2001. If you received the Trustees’ letter dated January 2001, there is no need for you to notify a claim. The Trustees would be interested to receive a notification from any person who is or was employed by the Citizen Systems and Peripherals (Europe) Limited on a part-time basis and who is intending to bring a claim based on inequality of treatment or access to the Scheme for part-timers. Claims received after the above date will be excluded from benefits under the Scheme. 30th May 2001.
