Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the assets of the Barwoods Ltd Pension & Life Assurance Scheme, established on 15th May 1979, is required to send particulars of his claim or interest to the Solicitors to the Trustees at the address given below before 20th August 2001, after which date the assets of the said Scheme will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
