CARE OF CHURCHES AND ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION MEASURE 1991

Notice is given that the Incumbent and Churchwardens of the above Parish have submitted a Petition for a Faculty under the above Measure to authorise the demolition of an external wall of the Parish Church of St. Chad Wybunbury for the purposes of constructing an extension to the Church building. Copies of the relevant plans and other details of the proposed work may be examined at The Diocesan Registry at Friars, White Friars, Chester CH1 1XS, no later than 5th July 2001. A.
