GRAMOS CHEMICALS INTERNATIONAL RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Gramos Chemicals International Retirement Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”) is winding-up. Any person who has or may have a claim entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars to Robin Tomkins, Robin Tomkins Associates, 52 Wylde Green Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B72 1HD, on or before 2 months and a day from the date of this publication. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing in accordance with this notice. If you are in receipt of a pension or have received an Announcement to Members or other correspondence from the Trustees in the last 12 months you need not reply to this notice.
