Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
HAWSONS PENSION SCHEME
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that all beneficiaries, Creditors
and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in
the Hawsons Pension Scheme (“Scheme”) established by Hawsons Chartered Accountants,
Pegasus House, 463 a Glossop Road, Sheffield S10 2QD, are required to send particulars in writing to the
Trustees of the Scheme, c/o the Solicitors detailed below within 2 months of the date
hereof after which date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the
Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which
they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or
any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands
they have not had notice.
