NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF THE METROLOGIE UK PENSION SCHEME (“the Scheme”)

This Scheme is now in the process of being wound up and this advertisement is placed in pursuance of section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925. All former employees of Metrologie UK, who have not been contacted by letter by the Trustees of the Scheme (or by William M. Mercer acting on behalf of the Trustees) since 1st January 2000 and who believe that they are or may be entitled to a pension or other benefits under the Scheme (having not previously received a refund to their own contributions on or after leaving the employ of Metrologie UK), are invited to contact the administrators (on behalf of the Trustees) in writing within two calendar months of the appearance of this advertisement at the following address, Mr. R. Sauer, William M. Mercer, PO Box 64, 5 Bedford Park, Croydon, Surrey CR9 2ZT. When writing, please, quote the reference: BP7/WUP/M20/R. Sauer and state your name, address and date of birth. The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice and will not be liable to any other person.
