Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 9th April 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11th June 2001, Amanda Norton, of 10 London Road, Stanway, Colchester, Essex CO3 5HA, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of BLAKKE DAVID NORTON, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Perrin and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Norton. 9th April 2001.
