Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 19th May 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7th June 2001, as Lorraine Alison Rees, the person having parental responsibility, on behalf of TAMMY ANNE REES, a child, single and a British citizen, abandoned the surname of Pike and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Rees.
