NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
RJH GROUP RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding-up the Scheme. Any former employee of RJH Group Limited, or any associated Company (including F English Ltd up to 1984, Maronello Concessionaires Ltd up to 1988 and Weber Concessionaires Ltd up to 1998) who believes that he or she was a Member of the above Scheme and remains entitled to benefits, but who has not been contacted by RJH Group Limited or Aon Consulting since 1st July 1999 is required to write to The Trustees of the RJH Group Retirement Benefits Scheme, c/o Aon Consulting, Victoria Gate, Chobham Road, Woking, Surrey GU21 1JD. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth and details of when they worked for the Companies named above. If any other person believes they have a claim against or an interest in the Scheme they are requested to write to the same address setting out particulars of their claim. Claims must be made within two months of the publication of this advertisement. After the two month period, the Trustees will finalise securing benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which they do not then have notice.
