Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
BURGESS SCIENCE PRESS PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME
Notice is given in accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Burgess Science Press Pension and Life Assurance Scheme is being wound up and that the Trustees intend to distribute all the assets of the Scheme. Any person who believes they have a claim against the Scheme or a right to any benefits under it must send details of their claims or rights in writing to the Trustees at Bezier House, Thames View, Abingdon, Oxfordshire OX14 3LE. The deadline for receipt of the details by the Trustees is 10 September 2001. After this date the Trustees will complete the winding-up of the Scheme and will distribute all its assets among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice. They will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice at the date of the distribution. Anyone who has received a copy of a letter from the Trustees dated 19 June 2001, addresses to them personally does not need to respond.
