Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
DAMASCUS PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME (‘‘THE SCHEME’’)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person
who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to, a pension or any
benefit from, or interest in, the above-named Scheme, by reason of his or her own
or a relative’s or any other person’s full- or part-time employment with the following
Companies, namely:
Damascus Limited, of 1635 Bristol Road South, Rednal, Birmingham B45 9UA; and
Somerville Nails Limited, of Station Road, Lennoxtown, Glasgow G65 7JL.
C W Hayes Limited, of 1635 Bristol Road South, Rednal, Birmingham B45 9UA
and that such claim, entitlement or benefit might not have been taken into account,
is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement
(together with full name, present address and date of birth) to PS Independent Trustees
Limited, marked ‘‘for the attention of R A Scott, Director’’, on behalf of the Trustees
of the Scheme. Such particulars to arrive no later than 31 July 2001. Notice is not
required for persons who have been notified by PS Independent Trustees Limited of
the proposed winding-up of the Scheme. The Trustees intend to distribute the assets
of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons
of whose claims and entitlements they have notice as soon as possible after that date,
and will not be liable to any other person.
