LANGLEY LONDON LIMITED EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any former employee of Langley London Limited, or any associated Company who believes that he or she was a Member of the above Plan, but who has not been contacted by Langley London Limited or by the Plan’s administrator is requested to write to The Trustees of the Langley London Limited Employee Benefit Plan, c/o Aon Limited (Mr L C Allen), Briarcliff House, Kingsmead, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 7TE. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth and details of when they worked for the Companies mentioned above. If any other person believes they have a claim against or an interest in the Plan, they are requested to write to the same address setting out particulars of their claim. Claims must be made within three months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After the three month period, the Trustees may take steps to secure benefits for beneficiaries having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which they do not then have notice.
