THE BELOIT WALMSLEY LIMITED PENSION SCHEMES FOR WEEKLY STAFF & WORKS EMPLOYEES AND FOR DIRECTORS & MONTHLY STAFF
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim or interest in the sections of the Harnischfeger Industries Pension Scheme (the “HIPS”) known as the Beloit Walmsley Limited Pension Scheme for Weekly Staff and Works Employees or the Beloit Walmsley Limited Pension Scheme for Directors and Monthly Staff (the “Beloit Sections”) are required to send particulars in writing of such a claim or interest to the Trustees of the HIPs c/o Mrs K J Saunders, Harnischfeger Industries Limited, PO Box 12, Seaman Way, Ince, Wigan WN1 3DD, on or before 30 September 2001, after which date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Beloit Sections among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice in respect of the assets of the Beloit Sections or any part of them so distributed. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Beloit Sections, or who have received correspondence relating to the Beloit Sections from the Trustees.
