CLAYTON GLASS COMPANY LIMITED WORKS PENSION 2000 SUPERPLAN

NOTICE UNDER TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, Notice is given that all beneficiaries, Creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Clayton Glass Company Limited Works Pension 2000 Superplan (“Scheme”) established by Clayton Glass Company Limited of Unit 8, Tanfield Lea Industrial Park, Tanfield Lea, Stanley, County Durham DH9 9YA are required to send particulars in writing to the Trustee of the Scheme c/o the Solicitors detailed below within two months of the date hereof after which date the Trustee will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
