COMPREHENSIVE COMPUTER SERVICES LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above named Plan, which is to be wound up, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with Comprehensive Computer Services Limited is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 31 October 2001, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to William M. Mercer Limited, 1 Whitehall, Whitehall Road, Leeds LS1 4HR, marked “for the attention of Mrs Ann Allerton”. The Trustee will distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person. Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustee about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements. For the Comprehensive Computer Services Limited Retirement Benefits Plan and Aon Adjudication Services Limited (the Trustee).
