Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 17 April 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 2 July 2001, STEVEN PETER CELLILLI, of 12 McCallum Gardens, Bellshill, Lanarkshire, Scotland ML1 2SS, single and a British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Davis and assumed the surname of Cellilli.
