SCANGLASS LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
(formerly known as The Scandinavian Glasfiber Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme) (“the Scheme”) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Scheme are winding-up the Scheme. Any former employees of Scanglas Limited, formerly known as Scandinavian Glasfiber Limited, or any associated Company, who believe that they were or should have been Members of the Scheme and who are not receiving a pension from the Scheme or who have not received an announcement from Scanglas Limited in its capacity as Trustee of the Scheme are required to write to Mike Frimston, Company Secretary of Scanglas Limited, Bryn Lane, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham LL13 9JU, to make a claim for benefits under the Scheme. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, the period during which they worked for Scanglas Limited and any documents supporting their claim. Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or interest in the Scheme, they are requested to write to Mike Frimston at the above address setting out particulars of such a claim in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After the 2 month period, the Trustees may distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not have notice. If you have already received an announcement from the Trustee of the Scheme there is no need to respond to this advertisement. Scanglas Limited, Trustee of the Scheme
