Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
STEVETONE SERVICE & SUPPLY COMPANY LIMITED RETIREMENT SAVINGS SCHEMES
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEES ACT 1925
The Stevetone Service & Supply Company Ltd Retirement Savings Schemes (“The Schemes”) were established with effect from 6 April 1985 and 1 December 1996 for the Axa Equity & Law Schemes and 27 August 1992 for the Abbey Life Scheme. The Company went into Liquidation on 8 June 2000. On 30 June 2000, Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Limited (previously Bradstock Trustee Services Limited) of registered office, 1 Seething Lane, London EC3N 4NH, were appointed by the Liquidator to assist them with the winding-up of the Schemes. Alexander Forbes Trustees Services Limited have corresponded by post with all known Members’ of the Schemes. Accordingly, it is of vital importance that any person having a claim against or an interest in any of the Schemes, including any person who may have been employed by the Company or an associated employer on a part time basis and who considers that his or her exclusion from the Schemes may have constituted indirect discrimination, who has not received correspondence from us should make themselves known to the Trustees of the Schemes. Particulars of any claim should be sent in writing to Mr Mike Wilson, Alexander Forbes Trustees Services Limited, Hine House, 25 Regent Street, Nottingham NG1 5BU, on or before 24 October 2001, after which date Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Limited, along with the Liquidator will proceed with the winding-up of the Schemes and distribution of the schemes assets having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has had notice. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Schemes, or who have received correspondence relating to these Schemes from Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Limited.
