Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE INSTITUTE OF LONDON UNDERWRITERS PENSION SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim or potential claim against, or an entitlement or potential entitlement under, The Institute of London Underwriters Pension Scheme (the “ILU Scheme”) is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement or potential claim or entitlement to the Trustees of the ILU Scheme at The Institute of London Underwriters, 22 Billiter Street, London EC3M 2TA (for the attention of Ms E Lloyd Holt). Such particulars must be received not later than two months after the date of appearance of this notice after which date the Trustees of the ILU Scheme intend to transfer all assets and liabilities of the ILU Scheme to the London Processing Centre Limited Retirement and Death Benefits Scheme (the “LPC Scheme”) having regard only to the claims and entitlements of which they then have had notice or are aware and will not, as respects the assets so transferred, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice or then be aware.
