TAVENERS PLC PENSION & ASSURANCE SCHEME

The Trustees of the Taveners PLC Pension & Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) hereby give notice that they intend to distribute the assets of the Scheme among all persons entitled to benefits from the Scheme which discontinued on 31 March 2001. The Scheme provided benefits to and in respect of its Members employed by Taveners Plc, of Beech Street, Liverpool L7 0HA. Anyone who believes that they are entitled to a share of the assets of the Scheme and who has not already notified to the Trustees of the Scheme a claim to benefits should write to The Trustees, Taveners PLC Pension & Assurance Scheme, c/o Taylor Patterson Associates Ltd., Lanson House, Mount Street, Preston PR1 8RY, by 31 October 2001 setting out the details of their claim, period of membership and their National Insurance Number.
