Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925 that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named fund which commenced wind up on 1 April 1998 by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with the following Companies, namely: Drawline Limited, Douglas Marriott Worby and Robinson, and Dockdens Limited, is hereby required to send particulars in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement of his or her claim or entitlement (together with the full name, present address and date of birth) to P S Williams (Trustee), Douglas Marriott Worby and Robinson, 1 Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7PL. The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled therefore having regard only to those persons whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
