THE CONTINENTAL UK LIMITED PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, any person having a claim against, or an interest in, the Continental UK Ltd Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (the Scheme) are required to send particulars thereof in writing, to Sharon Fuller, Towers Perrin, Wyndham Court, Pritchard Street, Bristol BS2 8RH, the Administrators of the Scheme. Particulars are to be received on, or before, 14 November 2001, after which time the assets of the Scheme will be distributed, having regard only to claims and interests of which the Administrators have had notice. Persons who have already received notifications regarding the winding-up of the Scheme need not submit particulars in response to this notice.
