THE BONNEY GREENHALGH & CO LTD RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that The Bonney Greenhalgh & Co Ltd Retirement Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”) is winding-up. The Scheme was managed by Scottish Provident, of PO Box 17087, 60 South Gyle Crescent, Edinburgh EH12 9WF, and the Scheme adviser was London York, of Woolpack House, The Stonebow, York YO1 7PH. The Trustees of the Scheme wish to trace former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of Bonney Greenhalgh & Co Ltd and their dependants who are, or think they may be, entitled to benefits under the Scheme. Any such person is asked to send his or her name, address and details in writing to Richard Byfield, at London York, Woolpack House, The Stonebow, York YO1 7PH, before 30 November 2001. After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme, having regard only to the claims and entitlements of which they have notice before 30 November 2001. The Trustees will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing in accordance with this notice. If you are in receipt of a pension or have received an Announcement issued to Members or other correspondence from the Trustees in the last 12 months you need not reply to this notice.
