Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
WATERHOUSE TOURS LIMITED (1984) RETIREMENT SECURITY PLAN
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEES ACT 1925
The Waterhouse Tours Limited 1984 Retirement Security Plan (“The Scheme”) was established
with effect from 1 April 1984.
The Company went into Liquidation on 6 April 2001. On 8 June 2001, Alexander Forbes
Trustee Services Limited (previously Bradstock Trustee Services Limited) of registered
office, 1 Seething Lane, London EC3N 4NH, were appointed by the Liquidator to assist
them with the winding-up of the Scheme.
Alexander Forbes Trustees Services Limited, have corresponded by post with all known
Members of the Schemes. Accordingly, it is of vital importance that any person having
a claim against or an interest in the Scheme, including any person who may have been
employed by the Company or an associated employer on part time basis and who considers
that his or her exclusion from the Scheme may have constituted indirect discrimination,
who has not received correspondence from us should make themselves known to the Trustees
of the Scheme.
Particulars of any claim should be sent in writing to Mr Mike Wilson, Alexander Forbes
Trustee Services Limited, 6th Floor, Market Square House, Nottingham NG1 6FG, on or
before 28 November 2001, after which date Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Limited,
along with the Liquidator will proceed with the winding-up of the Scheme and distribution
of the schemes assets having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has
had notice.
Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension
from the Scheme, or who have received correspondence relating to the Scheme from Alexander
Forbes Trustee Services Limited.
