Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE CHAPMAN GROUP PENSION SCHEME
In accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, Chapman Group Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the Chapman Group Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) hereby gives notice of its decision to wind up the Scheme with effect from 1 March 2000. The Trustee has written directly to all Scheme Members advising them of this decision and providing them with information about the wind up process. If you believe that you are entitled to benefits under the Scheme and you have not received any formal correspondence from the Trustee, you should notify the Trustee in writing not later than 2 months from the date of this advertisement of your belief that you are entitled to benefits from the Scheme. When writing please provide confirmation of your National Insurance number, full name, date of birth, and confirmation of your employment and period of employment with the Principal Employer, Chapman Industries plc or its subsidiaries, together with any other information you have that may help to validate your claim. Subsidiary Companies that participated in the Scheme included West Midlands Envelopes, Inveresk Stationery, Doncaster Packaging, Chapman Envelopes, Chapman Inveresk, New Waterside Mill, Weir Waste and Chapman Containers. Your notification should be sent for the attention of the Trustee, Chapman Group Pension Scheme, c/o Entegria Limited, 3rd Floor, 110 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 5JT. After the date shown below the Trustee will have regard only to the claims and interests of which it has had notice in exercising its powers and duties under the Scheme and, as regards any property or assets distributed by the Trustee in accordance with the provisions of the Scheme, the Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claim it shall not have then had notice.
