Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
ROBERT GLEW & COMPANY LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN (the “Plan”)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Plan are winding-up the Plan. Any former full-time or part-time employees of Roger Head Trading Limited (formerly Robert Glew & Co. Limited) (“the Company”) who may be entitled to benefits as a Member or beneficiary of the Plan, are required to write to Tony Clarke, at William M Mercer Limited, 1 Whitehall, Whitehall Road, Leeds LS1 4HR, to make a claim for benefits under the Plan. Please note that notification is not required from Members who are already receiving a pension from the Plan or who have been sent announcements by the independent Trustee, Mr A D C Turnbull or correspondence from William M Mercer Limited. Claimants should before 10 December 2001, provide their full name, address, date of birth, the period during which they worked for the Company and any documents supporting their claim. In addition, if any persons or persons other than Members or former Members of the Plan have any other claim against or interest in the Plan, they are required to write to Mr Clarke at the above address setting out particulars of such claim in writing before 10 December 2001. After 10 December 2001, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not as regards the assets so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they do not have notice.
