Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE GENCHEM PENSION SCHEME
(formerly known as the General Chemical Chartering 1976 Pension and Life Assurance Plan) (“the Scheme”) Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Scheme is winding-up. Any person who has or may have a claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme and who has not heard from the Trustees of the Scheme in the last six months is required to provide written particulars to Mr J L King, Capital Cranfield Trustees Limited, Harcourt House, 19 a Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PN, prior to 31 December 2001. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims of which they have prior written notice, and will not be liable in respect of any claim which has not been notified to them in writing prior to 31 December 2001.
