Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
FARNONS LIMITED STAFF PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME
(the “Scheme”) Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Scheme is being wound up. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and it is the intention of the Trustee to distribute the assets of the Scheme to those who appear to be entitled. Any former employees of Farnons Limited (“the Company”), who believe they may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme, should write to Mr R Evans, c/o Walker Morris Trustees Limited, Kings Court, 12 King Street, Leeds LS1 2HL, on or before 17 December 2001. Claimants should before 17 December 2001, provide their full name, address, date of birth, the period during which they worked for the Company and any documents supporting their claim. Please note that notification is not required from Members who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who received announcements from the Trustee. After 17 December 2001, the Trustee will proceed with the winding-up of the Scheme and distribution of the Scheme assets, having regard only to the claim and interests of which it has prior notice and will not as regard to the assets so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim it does not have notice.
