MERCHANT NAVY OFFICERS PENSION FUND (“MNOPF”)

This announcement is addressed to Companies who contributed to the MNOPF at any time during the period 1 January 1938 to 5 April 1978 but did not contribute after 5 April 1978. The Trustees of the MNOPF propose to make an application to the Court in which the interests of Companies who participated in the MNOPF will need to be represented. Companies who fall into the above category are requested to contact the administration, within 1 month of the date of publication of this announcement, with their current addresss so that they may be provided with details relating to the proposed Court application. Participating Companies who contributed after 5 April 1978 have already been contacted and need not reply.
