A Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report, agreeing the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration, and granting the Liquidator’s release. The Meeting will be held at 47 Cornfield Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN21 4QN, on 20 November 2001, at 10.20 am. Proxies must be lodged with the Liquidator, Richard Samuels, of Wynne Baxter, 47 Cornfield Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN21 4QN, not later than 12.00 noon on 19 November 2001, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
