Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 17 July 2001 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 8 August 2001, Daniela Nikolova Karakasheva, single and a British citizen, under section 6(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, section 11, has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use the names DANIE NICOL, in substitution to the names of Daniela Nikolova Karakasheva, so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Danie Nicol exclusively.
