Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends paying a First and Final Dividend of 100p in the £ to all Creditors. The Creditors of the Company who have not already done so are required, on or before 3 December 2001, to submit their proofs of debt to Eric Brightwell, of Eacott Worrall, Grenville Court, Britwell Road, Burnham, Buckinghamshire SL1 8DF, the Liquidator of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to participate in any Dividend declared before his debt is proved. E Brightwell, Liquidator 1 November 2001.
