Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person (including any former part-time employee (or his or her dependants)) of Linton Commercial Units Limited, Hadleigh Industries Group plc, Hadleigh plc, having an entitlement to benefit under the trust documentation governing the Hadleigh Industries Group plc 1992 Staff Pension Scheme or a claim against the Trustee of the Hadleigh Industries Group plc 1992 Staff Pension Scheme is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim to the Trustee, whose address is Pinsents Trustees Limited, 1 Park Row, Leeds LS1 5AB, on or before 22 January 2002, after which the date the Trustee will apply the assets of the scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or demands they shall not then have had notice.
