Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE MOORE U.K. PENSION PLAN
(formerly also known as The Lamson Industries U.K. Pension Plan)
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is given to all Members and former Members of the Moore U.K. Pension Plan (formerly known as the Lamson Industries UK Pension Plan), and to any widows/widowers, children and other dependants of deceased Members and former Members. The liabilities of the above Plan have been bought out by an insurance company and accordingly the Plan has been closed and is in the process of being wound up. It is anticipated that the winding-up will be completed by the end of June, 2002. The Trustee of the Plan needs to establish exactly who the beneficiaries of the Plan are so that it can contact them to inform them of their benefits and the arrangements being made to secure them. If you are a person to whom this notice applies and you have, or consider that you may have, a right to benefit under the above Plan, you should write to Mr T P Courtney, Secretary to the Trustee at PO Box 41, West Wickham, Kent BR4 0ZF, giving your name, date of birth, National Insurance Number, address, dates of pensionable service and any other details of the circumstances which you consider may give rise to a right to benefits for you. You should not reply to this notice if you have already received a communication from the Trustee of the above Plan about your benefits. You should also not reply if your benefits have been transferred to another pension scheme or arrangement or were for life assurance only. Unless the Trustee already has notice of your rights to benefits under the above Plan, you will lose your right to claim those benefits after 31 January 2002.
